People were great
People were great, and great price. However the car was probably the most uncomfortable suv ive ever been in. I was given the Jeep Compass and it literally messed up my neck so bad I had to go to the chiropractor. Also was not happy with the $500 deposit, when Enterprise is only $300

Great service as always. Rental was acceptable in which I was able to load and carry large boxes needed for my conference.
Hertz Lake City, FL. Location has always been helpful and easy to work with and they ensure the customer is comfortable as well as satisfied. The 2 ladies there do their jobs and go above and beyond as I see them sometimes running the store and washing vehicles.
