The car was very good. Picking up and returning the car was a nightmare. Poor directions, confusion in the Hotel parking Lot. Not good
The Manager, Romell was very helpful. The car was easy to pick up and clean. I highly recommend renting at Hertz in the Palazzo.
Sheri was great! Got us set up with our vehicle and on our way to Hoover Dam. So easy to return as well!
