Hertz - Long Beach - Long Beach Airport (LGB) Opiniones 

I was a little early arriving but my car was ready and they offered me a complimentary upgrade. The upgrade was fine but it was too large a vehicle for my situation and I asked for a sedan. They immediately changed my reservation for a car that fit my needs. The gentleman at the Gold Booth at LGB was very helpful, but I didn’t catch his name.

You always pay more at the end of your rental than what is advertised!

I RENTED A SUV WITH SOME DAMAGE AND WAS DOCUMENTED BEFORE I TOOK IT OUT LOT AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME RESPONSABLE!! I TOLD THE GUY AT OFFICE AND HE SAID IS ALL DOCUMENTED!! SO???????

Although the facility to rent the cars at the Long Beach Airport is inconveniently small and crowded
the staff is excellent

Excellent customer service and car selections. The booth is also very convenient for Gold Members. Every agent greets you with a smile and is very professional. They resolve any concerns in an efficient manner. I appreciate Chris, Quita, Angel and all of the other staff members that work so hard to provide excellence.

Everything was perfect. Pickup is smooth as is drop off. We had an upgrade which we both really appreciated and the car was in great condition.

Sixt is out performing Hertz in quality cars and pricing and flexibility. What is the point of being a Gold Member if I cannot make minor changes to my reservation, like pick-up time, without impacting my price paid and having to start a new reservation. Why do your cars have basic or standard features versus additional or common upgraded features?

The staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. I do wish there were a better variety of cars to choose from.
