Hertz - Los Angeles - Westin Bonaventure Opiniones 

George, Albert, and Alex at this location are polite, fast, and accommodating. They’re literally doing the work of what was once a couple different hertz locations, consolidated into one. And they do a great job. If any of these 3 are taking care of you, you’re in good hands.

Everything was smooth and really easy directions.

The front desk young guy was realy rude to all the customer

Very disappointing Hertz rental experience.
I had a prepaid reservation, but when I arrived to pick up the car, I ended up waiting over an hour. There was no car ready for me, and after all that waiting they eventually had to swap vehicles around just to get me one. The employee did tell me she would give me extended return time because of the delay, which I appreciated, but a confirmed reservation should not involve this much waiting.
I also had a Hertz birthday promotion for a free rental day. The email I received did not provide a promotional code, and at the counter I was told there was a problem because my reservation had been prepaid. I later contacted Hertz customer service and was told a manual credit would be noted, but I still have to follow up to make sure it is actually honored.
The car itself was fine and the trip went well once we finally got on the road. My complaint is with the pickup process and the difficulty getting the birthday benefit that Hertz itself offered me.
After waiting more than an hour for a reserved car and then having to spend additional time dealing with customer service over a promotion that should have been straightforward, this was one of my most frustrating car-rental experiences.

The location I rent from Los Angeles Westin Bonaventure has a fantastic team led by Jorge. From checking in at the location to receiving the keys to my car is seamless. As a gold plus member, they always go out their way to procure a mustang, Bronco or Jeep upon request. These cars are more than most of the time unavailable on the location website, however Jorge and the team always try their best to find me one of these cars if I request in advance. This is the location I always go to and will continue to do so
