Counter staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Did not have vehicle I would have preferred. But made best efforts and were clear on policy. Really appreciated.

Counter staff was amazing
Counter staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful. Did not have vehicle I would have preferred. But made best efforts and were clear on policy. Really appreciated.

Cristal handled an issue related to an automobile I got in another location which was not properly inspected for damage and condition. Luckily, I advised Hertz representatives at that location about these issues, one of which concerned a tire with a lot of rocks contained in it which could’ve included a nail. It did include a nail. Christal will replace the car and I was on my way. She kept me a loyal Hertz Customer and satisfied with that particular rental. She exhibited concern fairness and true management skills.
