It was quick to pick up and drop off the rental. I didn't like that the rental was dirty. Because I picked up the rental after work there was no time for them to clean the car so they apologized. The windows were so filthy on the inside we couldn't see well with the sunlight on the way home. We had to bring the car home and clean the inside of it to make it safe and acceptable for the guests that we were picking up.

Team was easy to work with, simple pick up and drop off.

The agent that give me the car last time was not honest, was in hurry, was bidding that some things were wrong in the car, he was confused with paying with a Canadian credit card not one form USA! He was not very happy about us. I didn’t have a nice service picking up the car and I really won’t go there again.

Car exterior was dirty but manager gave us a card at a car wash to go wash ourselves. Easy drop off . The employee was professional and pleasant.

The car (minivan) I reserved was not available and there wasn’t anything comparable or bigger available.

The staff was very friendly and professional, however, my car was not available at my reserved time and I had to sit there for over 15 minutes waiting, which made me late for an appointment.

I came in to pickup my vehicle, I was done in 5 minutes. Nickels took good care of me at the 1701 Eldorado Pkwy McKinney location.

We needed to arrange a rental on somewhat short notice for a funeral, and the staff here showed us incredible kindness and grace. They helped process our request, and genuinely cared about getting us taken care of. Their compassion, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference when we needed it most. We're so grateful for their humanity and professionalism. Highly recommend them.

I had great experience, staff is very co-operative and they have given car of my choice. Whole booking process was quick and satisfying.

The original and correct rental amount should be $411.55. However, the merchant wrongfully charged me a total of $491.19, deducting the unauthorized difference of $79.64 directly from my $200 security deposit (returning only $120.36). This unauthorized charge was billed as an insurance rate difference due to a vehicle exchange on day one. The vehicle was exchanged solely due to a mechanical issue (flat tire) and the rental company's lack of inventory. At the time of exchange, I was assured that the original contract terms and insurance rate would apply. This is explicitly printed on my exchange receipt: *'ORIGINAL CAR EXCHANGED. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THE ORIGINAL RENTAL AGREEMENT CONTINUE TO APPLY THROUGHOUT THE RENTAL PERIOD.'
​When I discovered this error and politely showed the printed clause to the on-site manager, they responded in a highly unprofessional and irritated tone, stating they 'did not want to argue with me' and that a refund would only be issued if corporate approved it. I have attached the photo of the receipt clearly proving that the original terms remain valid. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized $79.64 that was wrongfully deducted from my deposit.

Waited 3 hours just to pick up my pre-purchased vehicle. The vehicle was dirty, wipers were old and useless in the rain and the check engine oil came on during the drive.
