The rental was flexible. The employee in Mechanicsburg, PA was extremely helpful with getting us on the road again while my car was in the shop for repairs.
The vehicle was clean and ready on time. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. A last-minute decision to add an additional driver was quickly accommodated.
The car sat very low, I did not feel safe.

The car type and style were fine. The white exterior was quite dirty. The interior was nice and clean but it had a funky smell. I drove with the windows open til it became tolerable. Since it was for business, I washed the car myself.
