Car was great, Sonata Hybrid. Staff made correction adjustments properly, no hassle. Car was not ready at pickup, had to wait about an hour.
Trying to park there is almost impossible, the office is filthy, not enough staff to help customers. Our car was very dirty, no one available to clean it.
Very friendly staff. The process was easy and the car was nice. I will use them again.

Trying to park there is almost impossible, the office is filthy, not enough staff to help customers. Our car was very dirty, no one available to clean it.

Car was great
Car was great, Sonata Hybrid. Staff made correction adjustments properly, no hassle. Car was not ready at pickup, had to wait about an hour.

Extremely disappointing service
When I checked in, the person who gave me my car was very rude and sarcastic. He checked my ID and reservation and gave me the wrong car key. Then he came out and blamed me for going to the wrong car. It is extremely unprofessional. When I returned, I followed the instructions to put my keys in the drop box and filled in all the paperwork. However, they still overcharge me for the trip. This is extremely disappointing in how Hertz became, and this specific location is a good example of the decline on Hertz as a company.
