They told me it was a hybrid. It was an EV
I waited for 1.5 hour for a car to come back. It didn't so they offered me a kia hybrid with half a tank.
When I stopped at the gas station I realized this was an EV not a hybrid. It was too late to take it back and I was leaving for my trip in the morning. It took me 2 hours to figure out where to go and how to charge it.
My trip went from 5 hours to 10 hours. Had to scramble to find charging stations . Charging took about an hour and a half.

Great service end to end
We were 30 minutes early to pickup and the car we requested was not available. The agent quickly got us into something else for the same price. I had a corporate discount but found it to be a great value for the price. Easy drop off and a receipt right away.

Customer Service ...... perfect
Car was perfect and very reasonable price....but the service at the Charlotte location in Nashville was excellent. Ashley was the Hertz representative and she is the best. She had waited on me before with excellent service so I was so happy to have her again. She is efficient, knowledgeable and great with customers. I will keep coming back for her.

Staff friendly as always. I'm a regular customer but noticed all guests were treated with the same courtesy as me.
