The team led by Sandie, manager, does everything they can to please their clients. Example, getting me a car that was low to ground for a wheelchair friend of mine. Normally all the cars are clean and run well. They made a change and got me the car I needed.

First the price advertised was not the right one after I made the reservation. Then the employee who did my return was very uninterested in helping, he was negligent, and nonchalant. Then I had to call for them to fix the price, the employee I encountered there also was not willing to fix the problem until I spoke to a manager.

Guidelines for returning the vehicle to…
Guidelines for returning the vehicle to a different location were not clear. The manager at the Norman, Oklahoma location was very rude (Sandy). I will not use Hertz again and have stated to my other co-workers not to use it.

Not a great experience
Excessive wait times. I had a 10am pickup, but car wasnt ready until 11am. Customer service nonexistent. Rental car wasn't cleaned out prior to renting. No key drop box.

Great car rental
The car was good quality and very clean, we really enjoyed our trip with it. The location was clean and fairly efficient getting us taken care of. The only down side is the guy at the desk had very little to say, not exactly rude but not great at customer engagement either.
