Service was really good! Pick-up and drop-off service would have helped me more, considering that I live within 15 mins distance from the Hertz location.
Check-in took some time because only one person was available at counter. Type of vehicle was as reserved. Color of vehicle was hideous. Certainly not meant for a senior. Save in for the kids.

The vehicle that i got was without…
The vehicle that i got was without android auto so i had to keep my phone ON with maps all the time. Prefer all cars can have the android auto or car play facility available. Otherwise there was no issue with the vehicle at all.

Great customer service
My car has been in the shop for 3 months and I am here every week. Carlos and Edgar are awesome! I ask for and they get me the same car (if avaiable) so I am used to the same one. They know me by my name when I walk in the door and make the transaction fast
