Unpleasant experience
No available CAR on the day and TIME OF MY PICKUP, I got delayed to my appointment, the lady staff was VERY RUDE, VERY IMPOLITE, I felt very uncomfortable while waiting for the car but they work to get me going.. they should manage ahead of time and not rushing on the last minute, because I AM THE ONE SUFFERED ON THIS MIS MANAGEMENT.

Hertz always has the best price around. I have a car when I need it. They are very nice at the business I rent from as well. Rental extensions are simple too.
