The customer service when you call is completely useless and rude. I was trying to extend my rental for another 3 days and the first lady just talked over me the whole time. I even asked for a supervisor and she said she had none and eventually hung up on me. The second guy when I called back couldn’t apply any of my members discounts and wanted to charge me the same price I was paying for a week for only 3 days. Asked for a supervisor again and he just said there’s nothing he can do. Ended up just returning the car early and going with Enterprise.

When we rent a car locally, we always go to Hertz. It’s close to home, pretty straightforward and quick. They are also very flexible if you get into an inconvenience and need to extend the time.
Theo customer service is also great and the waiting time from beginning to end is excellent.

Customer Seevice at this location is always great and that’s important to me. The process was painless, and I had my rental ready to go in 15 minutes!

Was given a car with almost empty tank of gas, didn't notice it until I was half way home. Told the same associate I rented it from on return and he apologized and said he would make it up to me if I rented from them again. That's after I just filled it up before returning it. There is a gas station literally beside them.

The agent in pembroke pines fl on August 18 stated the the third-party insurance i purchased when i rented vehicle thru priceline was not recognized or authorized by hertz. And basically stated it be in my best interest to purchase the insurance hertz I was put in a very uneasy situation and purchased insurance thru hertz at double the cost.im a senior so I was placed in a difficult situation I will never rent thru hertz again.
