Using the sine in and app has been problem matic

Car was dirty when picked up. Had not been prepared. On return, no attendant in lot. Space and return area highly confusing. Long walk to building to return keys. There was supposed to be box in lot for keys but could not find it. I am handicapped and there should have been area for handicapped return as it was a long walk with walker and oxygen to return keys. Found one attendant on the way and he was extremely rude and did not offer any assistance. Will never rent from this location again.

The special rate was the best! Staff was nice & friendly. Car was clean.

The Hertz staff in Punta Gorda is awesome with dynamic personalities. This time I tried the manager special and it was better than some of the other Rentals I paid much more for in the past.

Our rental was great. Clean, newer vehicle with easy check in and friendly staff. Pricing is the reason we canceled our Enterprise reservation and we are happy we did. We will definitely rent from Hertz in the future.

I was surprised to have a.car with three men in it greet

me as I was returning.my rental car. I was concerned that I was being set up. I ended up calling Hertz to verify that the keys were returned.

Gentleman checking us in had a great personality. Made it a fun interaction!

No problems with pickup or drop-off. Car was mostly clean and ran well, but windshield was dirty and tire pressures were all low. Need a little better attention to maintenance

I rented a vehicle from Punta Gorda airport on line, inputed the pickup date and time. When I arrived no vehicles were available, then they found an upgrade vehicle that cost me triple what my original vehicle was to cost. So I used part of my points for the original rental, but received no benefit and no explanation as to why: a) no cars were available even though I had reserved one, b) wasted my points on a discount that I did not receive, c) why I was charged for an upgrade when my original reservation was not upheld at the rental office.

Great customer service in the airport. Very informative and helpful.

Car was not at a full tank, Also car was not cleaned out. We arrived at around midnight. My family was exhausted. I returned car with full tank and cleaned it way beyond the way I recieved it.
Just disappointing because I paid a lot of money for the week for it to be in that condition
