The vehicle we received was very nice and clean, but the customer service rep was very nice and did an excellent job helping us.
Stephanie was fantastic and patient at both pick up and drop off! Would 100% recommend to friends and family and use again!

Everything turned out okay with the rental.
Stephanie is very nice gal, and seemed to know what she was doing.
I didn't realize that there was a deposit down on a rental, so when I got home I was a bit unhappy with what I was charged. When we dropped it off, all was good, and explained. We never rented a car before so we didn't realize there was a deposit on a rental. The deposit was taken off. I know that day there was a lot going on, and I feel they were short handed. We would most likely choose you again if needed.

Car was clean, ready for us. The Stephanie the counter boss was her usual smiling self ( rented here a few times ) Friendly and helpful. Only downside was the Nissan smelled a bit like smoke. I realize you prohibit smoking but......... car got 40 mpg. well pleased.
