I have used and loved Hertz for years
I have used and loved Hertz for years, but for some reason this holiday I got a huge bill for tolls. I drove to Washington and back so was expecting about $40. Instead it was $884. This is ludicrous and I totally unacceptable. Where do I go to dispute this? Ironically, this is more than 50% of the total rental bill. Outrageous

Booked a car for a week only to learn…
Booked a car for a week only to learn an hour before that they are out of cars and the closes option for another car is over hour drive away. Completely ruined our family weekend. Unacceptable for such a big company.
