When I neededHertz car rental attempted rip off to extend my rental one…
When I needed to extend my rental one more day, Hertz did not want to charge me the daily rate, but a weekly rate, I paid about $248 for the rental and Hertz wanted an additional $312 for the additional day. When I used Enterprise, anytime I needed extra days, they charged me the daily rate of the original daily rate. Hertz’s customer service staff had extreme accents, making it hard to communicate. When I asked for a supervisor who could address my request for the extension of the daily rate. There were no supervisor who could do it. Their computer program would not allow the foreign customer service folks to override the program. I could wait until Monday morning to contact US based staff.

And run more professional. I dont think theres a manager on site watching everything. Customer service was deplorable. Fire everyone and start over.

This Hertz should get less than one…
This Hertz should get less than one star. They sent me an email indicating that my car was inspected and ready. When I went to pick up the car, I discovered a flat tire with a huge screw sticking out of the rear tire in addition to the car being dirty. Their initial solution was to have me drive it to Discount Tire to plug the hole. There was never an apology or effort to find a solution by the manager for a similar car that I reserved. Only excuses and dismissive ESG was provided and little customer service provided by the manager.
