When I pick up the car it was hacked there was a lot of customers I was the second person there put buy the time I left there was 3 other people. They did take a guy that was there after me first but the guy working the counter look really stressed. I did not get his name he wa a very nice. When I drop off I had a few questions and Josie was very pleasant and helpful on answering the questions. I do wish you guys had after hours drop off
