Easy pick up of vehicle. Easy return of vehicle.

I use Hertz exclusively and love their service. The gold experience and not having to wait in line is amazing. Really enjoy getting to pick my own car for the most part! I just have one huge complaint and it’s that the cars are never quite filled up completely with gas. Even if it says full, it rarely is and I’m given the same runaround every time. Tell the check out person (how and what?), come back with the same amount (impossible), etc. I always know because the mileage until empty will be 350 but when I fill it up myself it’ll go to 400 or 420. Really annoying!

Booking was good drop off was great good experience

Zero cars in the gold line, got a “free complimentary upgrade” hand written on a small sign in the middle of the garage. Except it wasn’t an upgrade. The only choices were two EV cars. We just needed a small SUV. Zero customer service, the line was too long to wait and complain.

Vehicle was ready upon our arrival.

Absolutely flawless pickup and drop-off at Bradley International. Our rental car booking was a piece of cake. We wanted to get a 7 passenger minivan, booked it, and that’s what was waiting for us. Checked the van over—no issues; checked out at the exit and we were off on our way. The vehicle, Chrysler Pacifica, was flawless. Drop off and return process was easy. Attendant was helpful, able to give us directions from the rental drop off back to the terminal. All in all, this was one part of our trip we never had to worry about. Hertz is my go to car rental agency.

Vehicle was filthy- trash in it, windows had some kind of oily film smeared on them. Disgusting.

Good thing- the agent when we arrived was very professional and caring. He received us like at 4:00 AM in the morning and very caring, polite.

No intelligent cruise control. Could use short summary of features and controls. These new cars are complex

Our flight got in around 9 pm. The gold member desk was supposed to have a car ready in a particular parking space. It didn’t. When I asked a representative, he said that they were out of cars, but cars were being brought up. In the meantime they decided to upgrade us to another vehicle. It was bigger than we wanted, but we didn’t want to wait. The vehicle was something I wasn’t familiar with, and basically we were left to figure it out on our own. Not a good start…. After that everything went well.

The rental was fast and easy. Staff at BDL international were great, including the gentlemen in the garage when I returned the vehicle. Price was competitive. The 2025 Jeep grand Cherokee was a good vehicle. Not that the vehicle is a reflection of Hertz. But I didn't like the side mirror location because it causes a blind spot making left turns and it's not very good on gas. Although it has a large fuel tank. The cleaning products used inside the car are somewhat overpowering for me and stay with my clothes afterwards. Other than that I have no real complaints. .y sister left her eyeglasses above the passenger side visor and I contacted Hertz through website to file a lost (forgotten item) and hopefully she can get them back.

Told me the location would be open but it was not so I had to park the car for the night

Our car was ready for us with no waiting. The staff were super helpful and very kind.

As a gold member we have never had a problem with any of the vehicles we have rented. We returned our vehicle to the Bradley airport with a full tank of gas however the $17.52 you charged us when I prepaid for the vehicle was not credited when we returned the car. We followed your instructions, providing you fuel receipts, by submittimg copies to you on Monday, 21 June. It is now Friday, June 26 and not only have we not received our credit but we haven’t even received an acknowledgment that you’re going to process the refund. Not exactly a nice way to treat your customers.

Car was ready when I got to the head of the line after waiting 15 minutes in line. Easy return.
