They have multiple support agents (with names like Guamette, Mico, and Akiko) who all give the same copy-pasted excuses to delay payment.
It is clear this is a tactic to get free advertising from users without ever intending to honor the prize money. If they can’t be trusted with a simple promotional reward, I wouldn’t trust them with any real money deposits. Be very careful with your personal data and do not expect to see any winnings from their "events."
