My husband started to experience hearing loss a couple of years ago and after researching several companies, we called Hidden Hearing in Guildford for an assessment, conducted by Mike Colclough.
It was a pleasant experience: he explained the different hearing aids on offer, he told us what was right for my husband (the most expensive one may not be the right one for you) and he sold him his hearing aids which he has had since the beginning of 2020.
We are delighted with Hidden Hearing, Mike has been my husband’s point of contact; he loves the continuity of care which is exemplary. We meet twice a year but we can call any time if there is a problem.
Mike is patient – he took infinite care to explain why you should wear your hearing aids all day, he explained the changes in your brain when hearing loss is not addressed (it’s scary).
We attend the meetings together, it is important that we both understand my husband’s situation and it gives us the opportunity to ask questions. You will be in safe and caring hands with Mike.

Hidden Hearing give a wonderful aftercare service as well as the best hearing devices on the market.
As you get older managing gadgets gets more difficult but Hidden Hearing in Guildford have always been very helpful when I have a problem.

Excellent service

I have no complaints at all about the service. However, my hearing aids are refusing to pair with the TV gadget. The blue lights are on, but when I click on the TV icon on my smart phone, it drops out. I have attempted to email Oticon, but I have changed my email and the link refuses to let me correct it! Maddening

The company did exactly what they said they would go in their promotion.
A thorough hearing check and specialised advice regarding my hearing.
Then a removal of wax which was skilfully done by Cherelle and well explained.
I would recommend this company if you are thinking about your hearing

I attended Hidden Hearing today and was seen by Dee Hartman. Immediately put at ease by her friendly manner and any question I had, answered immediately and succinctly. I went through a ‘auction’ of the ear canal to remove earwax and it was done gently and expertly removing all wax in one sitting. I have made return appointments as I thought so highly of the service provided.

Very professional and supportive at the Guildford branch today with Roopa Samani. Just had my ear micro compression done to remove ear wax. Looked at the before and after image photos of the inner ears. Impressed with the end results. Thanks

Went to Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal - the work was carried out by Roopa Samani. Before starting she xplained clearly what was going to happen and checked my health records. She performed the wax removal over a rifteen minute period; there was no pain and the level of tinnitus I experience was reduced by the end of the treatment. I recommend Ms Samani most strongly and with no reservation.
