The staff are so welcoming and make their customers very comfortable. I always feel that the staff actually listen to me & not just trying to get a sale out of me.

Just had an earwax removal Tuesday carried out at their Lichfield Staffs branch.
The lady who did it was very friendly and managed to get a difficult blockage removed by sheer determination.
Fully recommended!!

Had the best experience. Was seen by a gentleman who had 36 years experience and experience counts for everything! He was patient kind and caring even when I got upset at finding out I had hearing damage from a previous illness! I had a thorough examination and was treated with compassion! It was a quick, useful, courteous and gainful experience. As usual.

As always excellent service from the team at the Lichfield clinic. Hearing test was thorough and explanation regards my personal hearing loss was explained in simple terms. A further complication was discovered and assistance was provided to see a specialist consultant.

Thank you to both Tracey & Tony for fitting me in so quickly, after my sudden hearing loss and tinnitus came on today. I always feel like I’m in such good hands and well looked after with the Hidden Hearing team. Thank you all.

Charlotte was very helpful and informative from start to finish.i have only good things to say about hidden hearing and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service.

I attended for a "hearing test" which consisted of the "specialist" whispering a few words and stated that my hearing needed attention because I hadn't heard the words correctly!!! Then told it would cost over £3900 to have new aids which would be for a "lifetime". Looking at reviews they are only covered for 3 years. Complete rip off merchants. Going to Boots or Specsavers for a more genuine test

Tony was very clear explaining my hearing problems and the aids and help that could be provided.

The gentleman at Hidden Hearing Lichfield who checked my hearing was endlessly pleasant and patient. He explained i did not need hearing aids but i did have genuine problems with my hearing. In part this was familial and in part due to sinus problems casing further problems in my middle ear.

I did not come away feeling i had wasted his time. Now i know what the problem is. I can explain why i am have difficulty hearing in some circumstances; and mire importantly i can explain to my family when i sometimes miss what they are saying to me
