I recently bought this nordost white lightning interconnect cable to my connect my amplifier with my PC. I love the cable, it is a very good quality and it was very cheap as they offered it for half price. I just realized I should have bought two of them as I will need another one in a couple of month time but hey... who knows? I hope it will be discounted again soon. I recommend this cable to everybody who's seeking a quality sound.

As the company is called Hificables I would have expected that a standard length (1.5m) Isotek Optimum mains cable would be a stock item not a special order. However, although there was a few days delay, they kept me informed of the order progress and dispatched the item promptly when they received it by first class recorded delivery.

Good communication and fast shipping and delivery

I've used QED HDMI cables before, and always found them to give excellent results .. this purchase ( A 1.5m QED Reference HDMI cable ) performs just as well as any of the others. The one downside is that at over £70, this cable gives no noticeable improvement over the £15 Bush HDMI cable that I'm replacing, which I found surprising.

No sign of an item I ordered more than a week ago. They emailed me that they actually didn't have the item in stock, but will obtain it in 1-2 days max and dispatch it on the same day and otherwise will contact me asap, which sadly was a lie and I have not received the item or any notice or email since then. Very unprofessional.

Have been using hificables since I bought a set of QED component video cables in 2005, and have always received exemplary service.
I always check what is available at my local store, but more often that not it's hificables that is able to supply my need. They sell a wide range of products, from a wide range of manufacturers, so whatever it is that I'm looking for they are bound to have it.
As well as excellent service and a good range of products, their prices are hard to beat. For me, price alone is not enough - what I value is the combination of all 3: products, pricing and service.

Good communication and very fast: even if one item was first missing, I had a message saying that I had to wait a little ... and, less than 12 hours after, another one that everything had been shipped to France. The package arrived the day after.
