Great products terrible customer service. Bought a pair of boots that were too big. Communicated with customer service to exchange them. They told me to send them back but to contact them if shipping was over $15. It was and sent them an email to which they said I needed to find a cheaper shipping option. I requested a pre-paid shipping label as it was not my responsibility to go to multiple places to find cheap shipping. They sent me an email saying: Not sure why you had a high quote, we have refunded your payment and to "Just throw them away if you don't want them."

My recommendation is to buy the boots but go through Amazon so returns and support are top quality.

I filed a claim and a week later I still have not heard a word. I've reached out to them at least four times. Not crazy about the fact that they have no phone number either. My boots are coming apart in the back.

I bought the short rubber boot, mainly for light work at the Fire Dept. Such as washing the bay floor, washing trucks etc. I knew nothing of Hisea. The minute I put them on I was sold. Softer than a house slipper. When wet our bay floors are slick as warm butter. Not with these boots. Most likely from pulling them on and off in a hurry, the rear pull loop began to separate. I emailed C.S. and asked about repair. Before I got a return email. There was a box at my door. Brand new boots. That is unheard of. Thank you Hisea.

I purchased my husband a pair of Hisea waders because they were affordable. I never thought they would be such great quality and last so long! Since then I now have a pair of woman’s rain boots and my god these boots are like walking on air! So comfortable! I have told several friends to run and grab a pair!

The Apollo hunting boots are a great addition to outdoor wear. They are comfortable, look great, and functional. My only suggestion would be to add a waterproof zipper for easier off and on.

Lots of good things to say about these 400g camo boots from Hisea.....the camo pattern is well designed, seams appear to be well done to avoid separation over time, good sturdy heal and sole with good traction and support, the top of the boot has extra material and an adjustable strap to ensure a good fit around a variety of calf sizes, toe seems reinforced and there is good insulation.......the only constructive feedback would be that the material on interior of the boot seems slightly rough especially in the area that surrounds the foot and there was some slight pinching on the top of the foot when the boot creases while walking....I think both of these items will correct themselves once the boots are broken in so not a major concern of mine

We love these new boots! Fit my wife perfect and have great traction and do not walk socks off.

These boots arrived promptly and fit well. They are definitely more for hunting or hard-core woods hiking than rain boots -- they are big and bulky, but will work very well for hunting or swamp walking.

Boots are great. the camo color is perfect with the camo cloths I have. Walking up steep terrain was not a problem in wet conditions. The boots are made very durable and are comfortable to wear. I
would recommend these boots.
Now I think I will purchase the Hisea hunting waders!!

Excellent, soft and very comfy boots. The footbed is really pillowy and supportive. Honestly it's too hot in AZ for insulated boots right now, but the minimal amount I've worn them they are really nice. They are kind of heavy but they are insulated and really well padded in the footbed. The camo design is actually kind of cute and fun to wear around the property. I'm looking forward to using them in the cooler months.

I have only worn these boots for couple days, but I can tell they are very durable and well made. They provide great cushion and support for my feet and I like that there is a way to cinch the calf. My only complaint is around the ankles, the boot goes in (inward bend) which rubs against my ankle. I can see that becoming irritating if worn for a long duration. But I don't know if that's due to boots being stored in certain way during transit?? I'll have to figure out a way to unbend that area. Other than that, these boots are great!

This is the 3rd product I have got my Hisea and these are great. The boot is comfortable and I feel it will last a long time and will be perfect for the cool winter nights! Hiseas has some of the best customer service.

These boots have a good fit. In fact, there is good arch support. Quality appears to be quite well made. I will attest the weight is attributed to the thickness of the material. I suspect these will hold up well.

Boots are flexible and soft. Very comfortable to walk around in. The bottom of the boots have good grip and traction. The strap on the back is nice when your going in water, they work very well in the water. They are also nicely insulated!

I now own multiple pairs of Hisea boots, the most recently acquired, the Apollo hunting boot. I have the muck boot, rain boots, and bought a child’s muck boot. So far, so EXTREMELY good. They last…the muck boots almost two years now. They’re plenty warm, extremely comfortable, even for long walks over rough ground. The Apollo hunting boot is, however, really in a class by itself to rival much more expensive arctic boots. Sporting 400g of 3m thinsulate, they are too warm right now to wear in Maine, but I have tested them out regardless. A really great feature is how easy they are to take off. I have another winter boot that even with help, are a struggle to remove. These go on well, have a tightening strap at the top, and are really easy to remove. They are very comfortable and roomy without being too loose around the foot with a thick sock. The muck boots keep the feet wam in 0 degree weather, with a thin sock: the apollos will be good to 40 below. They are clearly very well made and sport a very nice looking exterior with an oak tree and leaf motif.
Hisea boots cost a bit less than their competitors which is a plus for me anyway, enabling me to be set for years to come because of how rugged they are. They just don’t break down or come apart. If you’re looking for a tough rubber made, waterproof, indestructible, cost effective boot, I highly recommend Hiseas.

HISEA is definitely and up and coming brand with great quality products! I purchased a pair of women's boots for myself and was very impressed with the quality...especially at this great price. I then purchased a pair of men's boots for my son and he loves them. My husband started wearing my son's boots so it was perfect when we were asked to trial another pair. Now my husband has his own HISEA boots. I will be recommending these products to friends and family for sure!

Review Apollo 400g Hunting Boots in Strata Camo

I have tested the boots for about 2 weeks now. The boots have a comfortable sole for walking and thick insulation all over to keep feet warm and dry. They have enough bend at the ankle to making walking easy but snug enough they won’t fall off when wading through muck and water. Honestly, very comfortable and great all around hunting boot. Picked Strata camo as it is a great camo for diverse hunting situations. If I could make one improvement to the boot it would be addition of a small rubber heel pad to assist with removal when boots are caked in mud, but this is only a minor thing and so far have not had any issues with removal. Love these boots and can’t beat the price. Will update review at a later date if any issues arise to change my opinion.

I had the pleasure of testing the Apollo hunting boots from Hisea.
These boots are vary comfortable to wear. Seems very well made and should last me for a long time. I'm always outside with the horses or cows in the muck! These are very easy to clean up!
Keeps my feet dry.
I have a feeling when winter gets here they are going to be great for keeping my feet warm. I have purchased a pair of boots similar from Hisea and absolutely love them as well. I would highly recommend these to any hunter or farmer. They are just a good if not better then the more expensive brands. Plus, offers a lifetime warranty which is great! HISEA ... you have won me over! I think this company is going to become a big hit for alot of people! Thank you Hisea!
