Sick designs on high quality clothes, a homegrown company comprised of a friendly professional and compassionate team!

The sales must have been coming through thick and fast during the gift giving season as the online stock didn't reflect real stock in the warehouse for a pair of shorts.

However this wasn't an issue at all for Nicholas or the team at hit or miss clothing who kindly offered me a variety of substitution options including a refund for the item and free gifts for this mild inconvenience.
Not to mention they got in touch with me within mere hours of my online order being processed.

It's refreshing that in a world of drop shipping and online clothing businesses that are out of touch with their customers and some of which lack business ethics - Hit or Miss clothing stands above the rest and despite the name, they never miss.

Take it from one happy customer, i can't recommend this team enough.

i cannot get over the efficiency of this customer service! had a delivery issue, sent an email to customer service & had a reply within less than a minute resolving the issue instantly - have ordered from them before & the quality is stunning. would highly recommend for anybody who enjoys alternative clothing.

Great quality shirt with embroidered logo and really quick delivery too. Was a bit concerned initially because there didn’t seem to be too many reviews for this shop but thankfully needn’t have worried. Will be ordering again.

My partner found this company on Instagram and we needed to buy some new beanies. We were pleasantly surprised with their designs, not only of just the hats but their other clothes too. The hat came today, first of all its always cool getting free stickers and a free patch we won on a promo code. The hat itself feels great quality and looks fantastic.

Definitely think we'll be coming back for some more clothes on a later date.

Ordered a long sleeve t shirt and some prints. Arrived quickly. The prints look awesome and i love the design on the top. The top was great quality but too big. I contacted customer services who responded quickly, giving me a return email address and instructions to request an exchange. Can't wait til it arrives! Only suggestion would be to offer free return postage, I can guarantee I would order more if I had the reassurance that it wouldn't cost extra to return if I needed to. Overall... good.

J'ai commandé chez eux il y'a plus ou moins un an et le colis n'a jamais été livré. J'ai prit contact avec le service client mais à aucun moment il n'a semblé comprendre mon soucis et m'a juste mené en bateaux pendant plusieurs semaines. Je ne recommande pas du tout, risque de drop shipping frauduleux.
