I bought suede's new album in basildon store which was £24:99 , didn't realise i was charged 28:99 until I got home? Don't know why, thinking it was deliberate overcharge.

Great Customer Experience, Basildon Store
Looked for a John Wayne dvd, not on shelf. Spoke to member of staff who looked the film up on website, asked if i would like to order, told me the price and estimate date of arrival in store.

Couldn't find item in store, member of staff found it on line, ordered straight away, delivered to store with in 2 days, and collected by us. No drama!
