Completely reliable, good service

Order 2 cd's for my grandmother and soon as they came via post gran was listening to scorpio she really likes them and hopefully order some more cd's that my grandmother might like.

I remember being a kid going to hmv with my dad all the time and I remember being about 20 and seeing them slowly disappearing. I have found myself buying physical media again (better quality and ownership) i love going into hmv with my daughter who also loves the shop for its never ending plushies collectibles and just cool stuff. Always have great deals on dvds 📀 delivery online is a breeze too

CDs always delivered is pristine condition. delivered on time. packed really well. never disappointed with this company. i’ve shopped with HMV my whole life and i will continue to. thanks

I bought the new Nick Cave album as a
Birthday gift and it was delivered three days later which was just brilliant. Could not have been easier.

I purchased a vinyl LP in store which unfortunately turned out to be warped and had a skip on one track.

I asked for a replacement to be ordered as there was not another copy available. I was kept up to date via email on the tracking of the replacement (order, despatch and delivery) which was prompt, and the item was immediately available at the front desk when I went to collect.
A very efficient process all round.

The assistant at HMV Bath gave first-class service , checking that the two dvds I was seeking were available , and as my purchase came to more than £20 , telling me they could be posted for no extra charge to my home address .

I’ve had to return three turntables that were faulty upgrading twice as no replacement available, your staff in the main were as helpful as possible but seems there hands were tied with any offfer of help with upgrading twice when there was no alternative, again I do not fault your staff , I believe they tried to help but faulty product on three occasions I felt should have qualified for some discount, I ended up with a deck without speakers and had to buy these separately so my original product ended up after three return visits costing me double the amount I’d spent in the beginning 😱

Went to pick up a click and collect order and the man behind the counter was very friendly and the process was very quick. I regularly visit this HMV, I just had to click and collect a product that is not in stock there.

Menu and order system easy to use on line . Quick prompt service and no fuss delivery and able to track my order .

Outstanding reliable service. hmv over a wide sweep of movies, music and merchandise - all with reliable delivery, packaging and good pricing - preorders in particular always arrive on release day. They have a great refer-a-friend programme and offer great sales. Customer service (although rarely needed) are swift and efficient. My only critique is that they can be a little slower than competitors in making newly announced preorder titles live on site. But that’s a minor irritant for this brilliant company. Long live hmv!

Always a pleasure to order from the HMV shop in Bath, as staff are so pleasant and helpful. Within a few days I receive an email that my order is ready to collect, no charge for postage. It's easy, uncomplicated, and HMV are the nicest people to deal with.
