The website is easy to use for placing orders, while the customer service, feedback, updates, and delivery of items are all top-notch. As for in-store, the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

Ordered on 29th April 25 didn't receive until 8th May 25
Even though it said 48 hours delivery
Very disappointed as the dvd box set was a birthday present for the 5th of May.

Happy with purchase. Delivered exactly as ordered, on time and well packaged.

Needed the 7'' vinyl of The Beatles "Now And Then". Aoife made the experience excellent overall. Record wasn't in stock on the day I was in the store, but she did the business of ordering it in quickly and efficiently with friendliness, good humour and considerable knowledge of music. Very friendly young lady and an asset to HMV's Belfast branch. "Now And Then" arrived a couple of days later, and is now framed and up on the wall.

Fast order and delivery to HMV store I had choose to collect. Friendly staff who fetched my order promptly.

So easy to order and cheaper than Amazon !

Great service by worker named Larissa, very polite but I went for a refund and the manger in Belfast, said no without reason, even though it was £10, but gave my male friend a refund for the same thing

My cd arrived almost a month after the release date. I was kept informed by email of lack of stock but this did not help either the disappointment caused.

As someone who has a chronic illness and can no longer shop on the high street, I love being able to order online with HMV, and delivery is always fast and reliable. Prices are great too and I’ll always shop with HMV online. Highly recommend 🙂

The staff were very helpful

Staff couldnt locate the one copy of "Off With Her Head" by Banks that their system said was available in store but were happy to order me one which only took a few days.

Great job. Would recommend using the pick up in store option.

Pre-orded game 2 weeks in advance.
Went on day to collect.
Was told couldn't have game as email wasn't sent to say collect.
Asked did they have game was told yes but wouldn't give to me as no email sent.
Advised that was ridiculous as email they would be sending was just to ask me to come and collect.
Woman sales advisor went to speak to manager.
Manager came down - referred to me as 'mate' and asked me why i was shouting at his staff - i asked who said i was shouting - advised it was woman advisor - asked advisor why was she lying as i never shouted at her - she retracted the shouting and said i wasn't shouting but being 'short' with her. I asked why then did she lie and say i was shouting - she then began crying! Manager then berated me for upsetting his staff! A random customer spoke up on my behalf and said staff were acting ridiculous. Manager held my game i had paid for in his hand and said he couldn't give it me as no email had been sent. Again i said this this is ridiculous as the email they were going to send was just to ask me to come and collect! Manager relented and gave me the game. I left the shop telling the woman sales clerk she should be ashamed of herself for lying to her manager about customers. Overall a horrible experience and over something so stupid as an email.
