Online ordering process is straightforward and the in-store staff are very friendly and helpful.

My click and collect order arrived at my local (Bexleyheath) store within a few days, which was excellent. The member of staff that I dealt with was very friendly and very helpful. Altogether an extremely pleasant experience. Cannot fault.

Staff in the shop were excellent, my son was gutted that the stranger things D&D was sold out but the guy serving us looked it straight up, offered home delivery or shop collection and reassured him it was coming

The staff are really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and the service was excellent. We went in to buy a Lenco record player in black. The one in stock had been reserved. A member of staff located the last one left in another store and arranged delivery to home. Really helpful and we appreciated their effort. They helped us find the 3 LP's we wanted on their great offer. We ended up buying another 3, some plastic covers and a Silver LP case, which again was on a good offer. We enjoyed the shopping experience at the Bexleyheath store and look forward to going back to purchase more vinyls. Excellent service by all staff helping with our purchases.

Unable to find the item I required in the store, I asked the assistant where I might find the item, she looked it up on the terminal, which showed there was one in the store. She spent a long time looking for it, unable to find it she offered to order it online for me. item arrived within two days.
Great Service

Very good customer service

Mono Bluetooth speaker w/radio & cassette. Styled like 1980s portable cassette radio. Even powered w/ figure of eight 3pin lead. I haven't used the cassette player, but the radio picks up lots of stations on FM w/ Great sound and minimal static. AM picks up stations well w/ minimal static. The Bluetooth is excellent sound and play nintendo switch sounds. Of course mp3 music is excellent. Sound is surprisingly punchy w/ minimal distortion. Great controls and nostalgia looking is a treat.
So glad I purchased and look forward to switching it back on. Plan to fetch rechargeable batteries and charger. Not used w/ batteries yet

Came into store on a Sunday looking for Christmas presents (ideally vinyls) I found a couple that I was looking for but needed help finding one. Guy behind the till helped me look and found one of the vinyls but also helped me to order the other one which I needed. Felt bad as it was first thing on a Sunday but he didn’t mind in helping

The box is damaged. Wish I would have got it in store, there was many there but no now my box is damaged because they put it in a small box forced it in and obviously not been careful with the box, it was a special gift too. Gutted.

Ordered online, communications were excellent and delivery speedy, collected in store and helped by Wez, above and beyond help from him 5*
