The service from the staff was very good, they were helpful and good at their work, I got the two items I ordered in a semi good time, so that is not the issue, the issue is the cost of the items, stuff costs way to much for me to give a good review, blue rays cost is too much, £15.99 is too much, anime now being split into part one and part two £34.99 each makes it £69.98 for one season that is too much money

I ordered the new Stray Kids album via kick and collect. I was told that it should be in store to collect when I came down for the pop up event on Friday. It didn't turn up until Saturday. I live an hour away from the store and had to go all the way back again.

Your staff were very helpful and polite. They kindly showed me how to open my box without once getting frustrated. My order came in quickly. Also the people at your customer service office again were helpful and patient.

Pre order for a CD with release date 5th June 26. Royal Mail delivered a few days after. All as expected!
(Royal Mail could have been quicker, but did deliver after a weekend)

The item was well packaged and in perfect condition and the staff were both efficient and welcoming on arrival. Excellent service and have never had any problems online or in store.
