The reason why I rate it 4 stars is that I am a funko pop collector and I am a big fan of xxxtentaction and they have little amount of CDs that are sung by him. And I think you should put a few more... Ver más

Thanks for nothing HMV
I made a purchase to be delivered in store I was advised it should be delivered for Fri 20th Dec and I'd receive emails to inform me of the progress, I have received no emails to advise me of anything and as Friday arrives I decided to go back to the store as it" should be " in by friday it's still not in however they haven't had today's delivery and it's expected to be on it and I'd receive a email to inform me of it be delivered after double checking my email address I was hopeful of it being delivered and me being informed, no such luck. In a tech based world a simple email is free yet phoning HMV can cost up to £0.67 per minute ( no way I'm calling them ) HMV will not be seeing my custom again.

Appalling
Time taken from order to delivery was appalling, especially as there were supposed to be 2 albums in stock in the store...
In this age of deliverys happening on the same day of order, you can't afford to be really crap!

I visit HMV Bournemouth when I can from…
I visit HMV Bournemouth when I can from Salisbury. On this occasion, I visited HMV to return a cd I purchased in Bristol HMV that I already had, staff were very helpful, courteous and no problem returning the cd, whilst in store, I ordered three more cds that I wanted, all were available, and the cds arrived within three working days which I was impressed with. A very good experience, very pleased, have since visited Exeter HMV, which is also excellent. I do hope one day, that you re-open a store in Salisbury! Many thanks. Mr. Tim Adlam.

The reason why I rate it 4 stars is that I am a funko pop collector and I am a big fan of xxxtentaction and they have little amount of CDs that are sung by him. And I think you should put a few more funko pops out for people around my age (11) and I think you should put a bigger variety on funky pops as well as the new fusion ones as well because when I went there we only 4 different people but most of them where the same people
