The customer service was brilliant and I found them very helpful when I was looking for a certain CD, it wasn't in store but then I was told It could be ordered. The CD arrived within a few days

Excellent service
Ordered online and delivered to shop. This allowed me to browse and pick up something extra. Very good staff and large selection of merchandise. Easy parking in the lanes for the shop and other services.

Great service on pre orders and in store sales at Carlisle
I’ve had brilliant experiences with the Carlisle HMV, both in store and with Funko Pop pre-orders. The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and really know their stuff. Every time I’ve visited, the service has been quick, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable.
My Funko Pop pre-orders have always been handled smoothly, with great communication and no hassle when picking them up. It’s clear the team take pride in what they do.
A superb store with amazing staff, definitely one of my favourite places to shop. Highly recommended!

Instore ordering fantastic
Went instore on Thursday to order a couple of Tshirts - free postage. Package arrived 2 days later on Saturday. Very impressed!
