Not visited HMV in about 3 years due to…
Not visited HMV in about 3 years due to me moving. A lot has changed. But what hasn't changed is the friendliness of the staff, the variety of stock, and the feel you get when choosing to purchase from the high street! Spent just over £100 for this visit. My only disappointment, is the reduction in Classic Dr Who DVDs. I'm still very old school, I guess.

Absolutely perfect customer service
Absolutely perfect customer service. The young lady on the checkout took our order and two days later it was on our doorstep. Can't beat that.

The servicer called jade in the store…
The servicer called jade in the store was fantastic, very friendly,helpfull and approachable. She helped me get the movie i wanted and got it ordered in for me. The delivery to the store was quick and i collected it with ease. It was all a great experience.
