Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, having purchased and placed an order everything went smooth no problems but then, with such sales team members as Rory B, so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the sales team at the time of visit really was a pleasure to shop.

Helpful and cheerful staff!

Great staff
We returned a dvd boxset with a missing disc outside the return window. due to the missing disc being in season 11. The staff ordered a new one and checked it before we left.

Fab customer service
Such a helpful group of employees there were working at Coventry HMV. A real joy to interact with.
So helpful, nothing was too much trouble and knew exactly where everything was we asked for, not only that they were extremely helpful looking up and ordering in for me.

The staff at HMV at Coventry are always very helpful and friendly. The order was dispatched quickly and was available to collect from the store in just a few days. I have always had good service from HMV and would recommend using HMV at Coventry.
