Delivered quickly and undamaged. To be honest, the CD could have been a bit cheaper, but I like the staff at Cwmbran HMV and I like to support them. (When I buy stock that is already in the shop, the prices are usually more competitive).

The staff at the Cwmbran store are…
The staff at the Cwmbran store are excellent. My ASD daughter can sometimes be in the store a LONG time if she doesn't know what to choose or wants to re-look at things, she can also sometimes be frustrated if they don't have what she's looking for. All staff we've encountered have been so patient and kind with her. Customer service is second to none.

Was told in store when ordered, went to store wasn't there ended up waiting a wee longer , very false information given AFTER paying out money

Ordering was very easy, ordered in store, staff were very helpful and friendly, picked up in 2 days, never had such a quick delivery, will definitely going back to order more, thank you HMV Cwmbran.

I’ve always had a good experience shopping with HMV and I will continue to use them.
My local shop has a wide range of merchandise as well as dvds and records and the staff are welcoming and helpful

The attitude of the lady that served me was appalling. When I have been served by the manager in the past he has been fabulous however this lady had no social skills whatsoever

Wide selection of great vinyls
Wide selection of great vinyls, only went into HMV to have a little browse but ended up buying 7 vinyls to add to my already rapidly expanding collection. No complaints at all, the service was excellent and the staff was polite and respectful.
