I checked the website for what I…
I checked the website for what I wanted, it told me it was in stock in my local, so I thought I could collect in a few hours. It obviously wasn't In stock as it took a few days, which didn't matter but I did think what was the point if u can check stock but then its incorrect.

Delayed delivery
really delayed delivery - after complaint, delivered within a few days. Should not have had to go through the customer service loop to be able to receive a pre-ordered item.
Was a month late. Wouldn't order again.

Thank you for leaving us a review. hmv gift cards can only be redeemed and purchased in our UK stores and we currently do not sell or accept them online. However should you wish to use your gift card on an online order, we offer the hmvDelivers service within our stores where you can use the gift cards. Please speak to a member of staff in your local store and they will be happy to assist.
