I went in looking for a DVD ( Arachnophobia) but it wasn't available so the Staines store help me order it to my local store !!!!! Outstanding service from both stores highly recommended and myself and my son who's 12 absolutely loved watching it.

Excellent customer service
Fast, friendly customer service. Aside from collecting an order, I had an enquiry about the stylus on my record player as HMV don't stock my stylus. They were able to tell me the best place to order them from online.
