The staff in the Inverness store are amazing. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to really listen. Definitely my favourite shop to visit for proper customer service and kindness.

A good shopping trip
HMV have a very helpful team, very friendly and will not mind spending time helping the customer with the purchase and genuinely regret if an item has been discontinued ie Walls and Bridges John Lennon in my case. Looking forward to my next visit

The inverness store is always inviting and staff are all helpful and friendly. Great that when they don’t have what you are looking for in store you can order on line and have it delivered to the store for pick up..

Pleasant sales staff
I was looking for several vinyl albums plus some vouchers and the sales person was very pleasant and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we found what we were looking for.
