very rude sales assistant
very rude sales assistant. believe her name was lily however she was very blunt and borderline rude. snappy when i asked my questions and was very uninterested.. i felt incredibly unwelcome and shunned out.

The radio cassette player is great! I also had bought some other merch and music from this store but it can be slightly expensive
I sometimes use my phone to look up the bands that they display at the time to see if their music is good but my internet just plumments the moment I step into the store. Please fix?

When collecting from store goods are damaged
Ordered to the store and the packaging was badly damaged by royal mail. My daughter really wanted it so accepted it and was going to discard the box, but it was actually broken when we got home and she properly unwrapped it. 😭

Pick up from in-store
Great to be able to order online and collect instore. Not all companies do this insisting you pay for delivery to your home address. That HMV does this without charge is to be applauded - and it gets you into the store (so you might buy more). Win-win.
