hmv (UK) - Kingston Opiniones 

Hi there.

So I've ordered stuff before from HMV.
Every time I've used this link the orders have always come on time.
Top quality service and always respectful staff.
Plus the items are in pristine condition.
I'd always order things from HMV.
Plus back in the eighties these different versions of 80's original vynl is evening better now as the records and CDs have loads of extra long versions of their songs.
I especially like the Now 12" compilation's.
Absolutely brilliant..it means i can have all the longer versions of songs I grew up with.

I've bought all the Now 12" eighties so far.
Great collection.

However i don't see any blu ray or DVDs with live concert's on them.
Not many..
Would be nice to have those too..

I needed to return a cd that wasn't working properly. It's the first time after many years of buying from HMV that I needed to do this and it was sorted expertly by the knowledgeable staff.

Easy to order, great price and easy to collect - what’s not to like?

Hmv offered an exclusive add on to the cd I purchased for my son. They had pre-sale order facility and email notifications of when the cd was despatched and again when it was ready to collect on release day.
The store (Kingston) was easy to find and the assistant who helped us was very friendly and chatty which made the whole experience great. We were able to walk around the store and browse as well.

The rebooted HMV is really fantastic.

Great service from Adrian, really helpful thoughtful and friendly. It’s great to have HMV back better than ever it’s now got a little for everyone and really well laid out and merchandised it’s nice to browse here and look at their special items.

I only knew the name of the single, so he looked up which album it was on, ordered it for me immediate & collected in store a few days later.
This shows there is a big benefit of going to an actual store rather than ordering online.

Both albums I pre- ordered arrived on the dates expected, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition.
We love our vinyls and my sons collection is growing steadily thanks to the awesomeness of HMV. Everything we want to buy is usually in stock and the range is great. Staff are always helpful and polite and there's always someone on hand to guide me to the right place and so far I have nothing but praise for them.

the store is too small compared to old store, less dvds more 4k but i don't have 4k . So the options are limited I guess

Bought 6 Premium blu-rays online at an amazing low price from HMV. To be collected from the Kingston-Upon-Thames shop in person. Quickly sent by HMV to that location and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. I thought this shop was gone for good from Kingston - so glad it's back!

Very prompt, helpful service in store
I was met as I headed towards the desk and my order was found very quickly.

Delivery to the store of my order was a bit slow.

Over two weeks ago I ordered and paid for a video at the Kingston store. I telling me when was told that I would receive an email telling me when the video had been delivered to the store.
I received an email to say it has been dispatched and am guessing that after two and a half weeks the video has been delivered but still no email to confirm.

Not very happy.

I had to return an online purchase to a shop, they were very helpful.

Kingston store staff were friendly and efficient.
The product took more time than I expected to reach the store (as it was posted) but when I rang to where it was I spoke to a real person, with no waiting, who was able to reassure me that it was on its way.

Ordered two LPs which I was able to easily collect from my local store. Excellent!

Shop staff are very enthusiastic and great to deal with. Ordering my Black Keys album was very easy and arrived quickly! HMV in Kingston upon Thames is a great store with great people. Highly recommend for all of your music needs, if they haven't got it they can probably order it for you!

Who ever it was that screwed up the Depeche Mode CDs with Michael Jackson. I went to two separate stores and brought three CDs - the third opened by the staff.
My family and friends have seen them too - now I don't think I can trust buying a CD, blue ray, or DVD without thinking someone has swapped them. The only redeeming feature was the staff in each other the stores where friendly and explained what happened. But how can I trust now, it is a lot of money for me to waste. Good luck.
