hmv (UK) - Leeds Opiniones 

Very helpful staff.Needed help with what I was looking for.Found 1 cd I was looking for ordered the other in store . Posted to home easy and no fuss .

HMV is one of a small handfull of Leeds city centre stores that I rank highly. It's very convenient for me as I live just a short walk from the store. And I always find the staff very helpfull and knowledgable. On a recent visit I couldn't find an item I was looking for even though I knew HMV stocked it as I had seen it diplayed on a previous visit. I mentioned this to the assistant (Rosie I think?) and she went and found it straight away. Apparently it had been placed in the wrong location (probably by some other customer). I was impressed at her finding my item so swiftly.

I ordered the 4K Special Edition of Dirty Harry 02/03/2025 as I heard it was to be released (it was one of my late Father's favorite Movies) only to recieve an email advising the release was delayed from 14/04/2025 by a Month (hilariously HMV then sent me a Survey asking how I was enjoying my Movie).

Then I received a second mail which advised it would be a further Month late.

At no time after the second mail (22/03/2025)did I receive any confirmation of a release Date for the 4K SE and if I hadn't gone into the store I would never have known.

HMV, your Store Staff were great but you really need to do better.

They sorted a problem out really well about downloading the app and getting the tickets.
HMV were excellent when I went to the signing. They were organised, pure as friendly.

It was unfortunate that your computer was unable to place my in-store order, so I had to order product myself, from home.
However the staff were very helpful.
My order, collected in store, arrived in good time.

On-line purchase went smoothly and delivery was on time. However, a few days previously, I asked for this item at the checkout at HMV Leeds store and was told it was out of production and they could not order it for me.

The store staff were fantastic ! They were very knowledgeable and recommended CDs of the genre I listened to.

The store team in leeds that I purchased my items from were amazing fast friendly very knowledgeable team .
I needed the sonic 3 DVD and I spoke to a lovely man that advised me it would be out on Monday I purchased 1 and 2 as my grandson was egore to watch it but the man said 3 would be out on Monday so I quickly paid for my goods and ordered sonic 3for home delivery

I love HMV they always have products from all my fav anime’s! I stopped going to the store in Leeds because I’m always followed around. I had to get in to get my order obviously and the gentleman at the till was really nice. So good experience! I guess I found a way to still pend my money there…
