Is there life under the ice on Europa?
Ordered my DVD online from HMV. Great price and arrived within the time frame promised. Other retailers online where slightly cheaper, but you can never be sure with them if you’re going to receive a dodgy copy!

Well I ordered the cd online on the Friday night night . Went into the Luton store on the Saturday. Even though they had plenty of copies of the cd I ordered in store. Insisted that I had to pay/ buy it again as the cd I had arranged to pick up from the store . Had not arrived yet? Am not impressed. So I have to pay twice for the same order?

Delivery to local store is easier than Royal Mail to your home.
I order 3 DVD box sets, to be delivered at the Luton branch. This was because the last time I got a home delivery and HMV unfortunately relies on Royal Mail, they can’t seem to follow easy instructions. So this was a much better idea. Great service, all were correct. The lady who served me was friendly and was able to locate my items quickly, so no hanging about,

I asked for a boxset
I asked for a boxset, your staff member could have made a quick sale and sold me ' house- series 1-5, but she told me she could order every series as long as I could wait a couple days, she was helpful, kind and professional.
