Album wasn't in stock…
I thought I would try to use an actual shop instead Amazon etc. Big mistake, the album wasn't available on release day (in fact it wasn't available for nearly another week). So after a wasted journey to a store I just ended up getting it from Amazon after all and it was £10 cheaper.

Buy from the Store
I buy books from Waterstones and music etc from HMV. I order online and collect from the store and have a browse and I might buy some more. The very knowledgeable in-store staff might offer some tips and it’s a pleasurable retail experience. Use it or lose it.

Wonderful people in the shop at hmv Middlesbrough. I was seeing the by a gentleman called Chris. He was ever so good and kind as i am disabled and in a wheelchair and i love my music as especially The Beatles i want in to order the new single to keep up my full collection

I've always enjoyed shopping with HMV…
I've always enjoyed shopping with HMV and always will I usually like to visit the store in middlesbrough Town centre but I can only get there when I have time off work I order on the website I'm surprised there isn't a HMV store at coulby newham I think they'd do well

Easy to order a CD with the sales person, the CD was delivered to the shop and I picked it up within a couple of days.

My local HMV is supreme.
My local HMV has a supreme collection of blu ray and pop cult paraphernalia, with great and friendly staff.
Whilst my across the spider-verse blu ray, that I had ordered for pick up and collect, had arrived with a cracked case, I have chosen not to exchange or refund my purchase.

Easy to order CD I wanted. Delivery to store very quick. Also bought another CD by an artist I did not know of. This was on hearing his CD on play in the store and a subsequent conversation with one of the staff who advised me where to start with his music.
