the product was perfect for my needs shame the royal mail were not careful with it but it is all good can live with slight damage on rear panel

Pre-order click and collect service failure
Pre-ordered vinyl album to be collected from store. Received email to collect - arrived at store and item couldn't be found. Store could not give me item from stock. They called HMV customer services dept who then sent me an email form to report a lost package! They said they will investigate and then be able to refund payment made, but I will need to then re-purchase ...at higher price. Not sure how long I have to wait for refund. Store staff were very apologetic, but am most unhappy with HMV central customer service.

Unfortunately as the order was placed online we are unable to fulfil this using store stock as they are separate. Whilst we can appreciate this is not ideal, we can see that you are in communication with our service team at this stage who will look into matching your original purchase price.

Easy to order and easy to collect. Pity your plastic(!) bags don’t fit the outer LP packaging but that was a minor issue. Well done and thank you, I would definitely order again.

Usually buy from Ebay, etc but found HMV was cheaper than the large Internet sellers. Delivered on the date and time stated. On collecting from store staff extremely friendly and helpful
