I visited the shop in Portsmouth. The young man who served me was extremely helpful and after he was not able to locate what I was looking for, ordered it for me. The delivery was quick.

Ordered cd in store which was temporarily out of stock. Easy ordering process. CD arrived within time period stated. Staff at counter very polite and proficient. Would readily use HMV services again

Another happy customer
Went in store and bought three out of four of the albums I needed for my collection, and I was able to order the fourth one at the till, for home delivery. Straight away the staff member that helped me was friendly and knowledgeable about different delivery options, and the whole process was stress free and easy, and the delivery time was only a few days at most, would definitely order again :)

Click and collect to your shops is a great boon for me, as my local post has become a bit less reliable lately.
