This was a gift for my son not many shops around anymore, so really pleased with the click and collect service. Good price and excellent service. Only took a couple of days for the item to arrive.

Romford store staff are really friendly and helpful. I was looking for a certain vinyl that wasn't available in store, but one of the younger staff members looked it up online for me and ordered it to be delivered in store for me to collect. Fast, friendly and very reliable service. Thank you 😊

Very helpful member of staff
I went into HMV looking for a game for my son's Nintendo switch. I'm a bit naive when it comes to tech and games and needed some guidance. The member of staff was very helpful, knew exactly what I needed and guided me in the right direction. She was also very friendly and kind.

Always a superb experience with HMV. Delivered in mint condition in a sturdy mailer and was delivered before the release date - much quicker than Amazon and let’s be honest, at this point who actively wants to give MORE money to Mr Bezos? HMV pay UK employees and UK tax unlike Amazon so please support them!
