Every time in to HMV Sheffield's shop
I get excellent service , I have multiple sclerosis and get over faced by all the titles on the shelf but a helpful assistant always helps me by going and fixing and finding finding it. Plus they will scour the computer system for the titles . Producers , movie companies. To find my dvd. ( I would have blue ray but people are such theives. ) me and my 17” dvd player can’t wait for the next film. Love the place . My life is better for it. Chill and get into a movie.

Got all films off my order in one package within perfect time. What else can I say than that HMV has delivered once again and has far yet to let me down? When I get the chance, I will buy from them again eagerly.

I ordered two dvd’s to be delivered
I ordered two dvd’s to be delivered, and both had the insert to keep the dvd in place and the outer edge broken. No proper protection was used in the box to be delivered and probably was the reason it was damaged.
