The Shrewsbury shop staff especially Rich and Steph are so informative. Rich actually recommended Steph because she was more into films because l wanted more information about films on DVD. Very pleased with the service because the staff cared.

Buying from a real shop with real people.
Firstly we were able to go into HMV on the high street, we do not order on line. The staff were helpful, the order was placed. We received our order via Royal Mail. No problems.
