The CD arrived in good time
The CD arrived in good time. When I went to the store, the staff knew about their deluvery system suggesting they have productive internal meetings. The staff found it with ease suggesting they have a great filing system. At all times, the staff were polite, professional, and friendly.

Human retrieves bad taste left by AI
Well, I'd gone into store as an order placed in store had arrived missing a disc and I don't do online transactions. I tried phoning to resolve the issue and ended up with your AI binding spell that prevents human contact, so I took time out to go in store. With an actual human being in store, my experience was great. Other albums purchased and price of missing one deducted. Shame the human experience is so hard to offer by so many retailers. Because of it, this ended well.

Great knowledgeable, obliging team
Went in to your Stockport branch, I was helped by the most wonderful young man. I was after two albums for Christmas gifts, artists I hadn't even heard of. Your staff member took all the stress away as I was with my mother in a wheelchair, one album in store he went and grabbed for me and the second album a lovely lady had delivered to my home address. Great knowledgeable team, very friendly and so obliging thanks hmv Stockport

Ordered online; easy experience
I was able to order online a CD for my dad at Xmas...was worried as not in stock according to staff in the Arndale Centre in Manchester and couldn't get anywhere else but I tried myself and found it on the website and was able to order and collect at Stockport and the member of staff here was fully amenable and helpful.
