No email or text received to confirm that my online order was available for collection. The lad in HMV was very helpful though and retrieved my online order. Very good customer service.

I couldn't find the record that I needed, I asked the assistant and he looked and it wasnt there, so he ordered online for me. Very helpful nothing was a problem.
