The Best Place to Shop for Great Films - HMV
It is always a pleasure to shop in store or on-line, but do prefer in store as the help and information is there always and easy to get. I always get good customer care, thanks to everyone who works in the Swansea HMV Store. Plus I never have to wait very long when I order particular DVDs. My one gripe, I want to see more musicals, concerts and shows on DVD please.

Album return
On returning an album that was significantly damaged, I had to prove that I had a transaction number, had no issues with this, however, when couldn’t find this on the card, I had to show my personal accounts to the staff member, who was helpful and trying his best to be fair. The manager did come across rude and made me feel that I was lying and at one point even though the evidence was on my account. Did get sorted in the end though, just was made to feel like I was cheating the system.
